Teen Girls Attack Mentally Challenged Woman
A group of teen girls in Chester recently attacked a 48-year-old mentally challenged woman. The woman was sitting on her stoop when the pack of girls approaches. One of the girls says, “I’m gonna fuck this bitch up.” She hits the woman in the face and the others join in on the attack. Then, the girls apparently posted video of the attack to Facebook, which has helped police identify some of the girls involved. [Daily News]
