Penn State World Campus Student One of Four Killed in Libyan Protests

Sean Smith, an information management specialist with the U.S. Foreign Service, was taking online classes in information, sciences and technology through the Penn State World Campus when he was killed during the violent protests in Libya earlier this week. Penn State will honor Smith at this week’s football game against Navy and again at the December graduation ceremony. [Daily Collegian]
