Philly Doesn’t Care That You Lost Your Dog

Apparently a Philadelphia girl lost her dog “Fresh” on September 6th. It appears as though she’s appealed to her fellow city residents to help her track down the pup and ensure its safe return. The problem, though, is that Philly doesn’t seem to give a shit. One of the flyers has been marked up with lines demonstrating, ahem, lack of sympathy. Got to love Philly.
