Trial of PSU Officials Will Begin in January

The trial of former Penn State University athletic director Tim Curley and former senior vice president of the university Gary Schultz has been set to start in early 2012. Jury selection will begin on January 7th. Lawyers representing the two former officials argued in court yesterday that the failure to report abuse and perjury charges against their clients should be dropped. The judge did not issue a ruling on the motions.
