Judge Gives Conditional Approval to House Arrest for Monsignor William Lynn
Last week a jury convicted Monsignor William Lynn of one count of endangering the welfare of a child. Lynn has been held as a prisoner at the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility in Northeast Philly for the past four nights. Today, though, Municipal Court Judge M. Teresa Sarmina gave her conditional approval to the idea of house arrest for Monsignor Lynn. Lynn will remain in jail, though, at least until a hearing on July 5th. [Inquirer]
