Flyers Trade Sergei Bobrovsky to Columbus for Three Draft Picks

Paul Holmgren has swapped backup net-minder Sergei Bobrovsky for three Columbus Blue Jackets draft picks. The move came after days (weeks? months?) of speculation that the Flyers were interested in striking a deal with Columbus for forward Rick Nash. Homer and the Flyers now hold seven draft picks in this year’s draft which begins tonight in Pittsburgh. [NHL]
