Carbon Monoxide Leak Forces Evacuations, Closings in Delaware County

Two apartment buildings and area businesses have been evacuated in Darby and authorities have closed Main Street in response to a carbon monoxide leak. Authorities believe that underground power lines may be burning, causing the high level of CO. PECO was on the way to the scene and a triage unit had been set-up 9th and Powell Streets.
