Arrests, Injuries at XTU Concert in Camden Over the Weekend

In case you were busy doing something productive with your Saturday, he’s a story from over the weekend about the 191 arrests and 163 injuries at the annual XTU Anniversary concert in Camden. The station-sponsored country music event is free, but tickets are required to enter Susquehanna Bank Center. Many didn’t make it that far, though, as many were arrested or treated for injuries stemming from fights and tailgating in the parking lot (and on the way to the parking lot). Last year a police officer was stabbed in the chest while breaking up a fight at the show. This year, some say that the police didn’t do much to stop the violence. [6 ABC]
