T.O. Cut by Indoor Football League Team

In 2008 Terrell Owens caught 69 passes for 1,052 yards and 10 touchdowns. Yesterday, the former Eagle was cut by the Allen Wranglers. If you’ve never heard of the Allen Wranglers that’s probably because it’s an Indoor Football League team. The team’s owner said that T.O. refused to play in two upcoming road games with playoff implications and no-showed an appearance at a children’s hospital. Last year the driveway sit-up enthusiast couldn’t find an NFL to play for. Now he can’t even cut it in the arena league. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. [L.A. Times]
