Kid Calls Cops on Parents for Growing Pot

A boy in Doylestown Township called the police earlier this month to report that his parents were growing marijuana in their house. Police say they seized 18 marijuana plants from a room in the basement of the home. They also found a bunch of the equipment needed to maintain the plants as well as nearly $2,000 in cash. The parents have been charged with manufacturing a controlled substance with intent to deliver and other related charges. They’re both out on $100,000 unsecured bail. [phillyBurbs]
