Teen Falls Asleep at the Reins, Crashes Horse and Buggy into School Bus

A school bus tried to pass a horse and buggy in Lancaster County Tuesday morning. Authorities say that the horse and buggy collided with the bus when the 15-year-old at the reins fell asleep and allowed the horse to drift into the other lane.
