This $10 Million Montco Manor Is a Fixer-Upper

The Wall Street Journal‘s “House of the Day” is an 8,960-square-foot manor house in Springfield Township, Montgomery County. It was built in 1928 and sits on a 40-acre property with three other residential buildings and a two-story barn just 20 minutes from Philadelphia. The house has five bedrooms—each with its own fireplace—and three and a half bathrooms. The asking price of $9.9 million takes into account that you’d need to sink a few million more into the joint because, apparently, it’s a fixer-upper. [WSJ]
