Infant Dies at Unlicensed Daycare in the Northeast

Police are investigating the death of an infant after they received an emergency call from an unlicensed daycare in the Northeast. There doesn’t seem to be any foul play in the death of the 4-month-old child, but police are investigating the incident in Oxford Circle.
