Delaware Governor Spares Murderer Sentenced to Death

The governor of Delaware has spared the life of convicted murderer Robert Gattis. Gattis was convicted of killing his girlfriend in 1990 and was sentenced to die by lethal injection on Friday. Instead, Gattis will serve a life sentence without the possibility of parole. [NBC Philadelphia]
