St. John The Baptist Elementary School Might Remain Open Despite Recommendation

St. John The Baptist elementary issued a press release last night indicating that the school might remain open despite a recommendation from the Blue Ribbon commission that it consolidate with two schools in Quakertown. Archbishop Chaput has said that the ultimate decision to close the schools would be left up to the pastors and it appears that this parish might take him up on his offer. [FOX 29]
