Lehigh Valley Teen Stalker Sworn Into Office

Kyle Bower—a Lehigh Valley 19-year-old—pleaded guilty to stalking and escape charges just hours before he was sworn into the Alburtis Borough Council. Bower was sentenced to two years probation for damaging his ex-girlfriend’s property and slipping out of a pair of handcuffs after he was arrested for boozing underage back in 2010. The councilman’s drug test—administered in court yesterday—came back clean. [NBC Philadelphia]
