Guilty Pleas in Citizens Bank Park Beating Death
All three assailants plead guilty
The three men charged with the beating death of David Sale in July of 2009 in a Citizens Bank Park parking lot have plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter and conspiracy. Each could face up to 40 years in jail and fines of $50,000 although the sentencing hearing on December 20th will likely see them handed down lighter punishments. [Daily News]
