Linear Park Planned for Festival Pier?
Plans take shape for revitalization of the waterfront
The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation has been reviewing the details of a change to the Master Plan for the Central Delaware that was proposed by experts commissioned to analyze the project’s initial blueprint. The change would call for a linear park at Spring Garden and Columbus Boulevard to extend to the waterfront and allow space for outdoor cafe seating and encourage people to enjoy the waterfront without having to make use of trails for running or biking.
