President Barack Obama addressed the 15th Annual Human Rights Campaign (HRC) dinner this weekend in Washington D.C., addressing several key LGBT issues. As the president seeks a second term, the gay vote is becoming increasingly important. And this is the second time Obama spoke to the audience.
