The Philadelphia Police Have Fleas
FOP files greivance with city over pests and other maintenance issues
Philadelphia Police haven’t just been battling flash mobs, cat hoarders and Mother Nature in recent months. The Fraternal Order of Police filed an official grievance with the city because on top of all of that, they’ve had to deal with bedbug and flea infestations in some of the city’s facilities. Some officers even had to have exterminators visit their homes because they brought the fleas home with them. As bad as that problem sounds, the Scoop can’t help but find it mildly ironic that the police are upset that their homes are bugged. [6 ABC]
