Larry Mendte Gets Personal

In addition to being a Philly Post contributor and working for WPIX in New York, Larry Mendte has gone back to school. His new blog, “Confessions of a Déjà Vu Dad,” is a student project as Mendte works toward getting a graduate degree in interactive communications from Quinnipiac University. The site focuses on being a dad to two kids who are now grown, and two little boys (his children with wife and former Fox 29 anchor Dawn Stensland) and covers everything from Legos up his son’s nose (one of the younger ones, of course) to what happens to a man’s hamstrings after a day spent tossing the football around with your sons when you are 54.
