Taxpayers in the Garden State are footing the bill for $420,000 of the production costs of Jersey Shore’s first season in 2009. The Economic Development Authority approved the deal yesterday. The Scoop thinks that paying for Snooki and company to GTL definitely sounds like a reasonable use of tax revenue. [WHYY]
