So—in case you haven’t heard—Comcast controls a lot of the cable service in the Philadelphia area. Wednesday, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philly ruled that a 2003 lawsuit against the Comcast regime—alleging that it has a monopoly in the area—could proceed as a class action.
