The U.S. District Attorney’s office has filed charges against a Philadelphia man—Tahib Smith Ali—for filing fraudulent claims of physical therapy and chiropractic services rendered. Ali worked at Oasis Holistic Healing Village on S. 17th Street. [Philadelphia Business Journal]
