Lockheed Martin Unit in Cherry Hill Wins $13 Million Contract
The group will work on a military information system
Lockheed Martin Corp. has announced that a unit based in Cherry Hill has been awarded a $13 million contract to develop a system that military personnel can use to analyze battlefield data more quickly. The operating system has been dubbed InsightOS and will also be built to improve the accuracy of information provided to military analysts. The Scoop doesn’t think he’d be much help to the Lockheed team in Cherry Hill, but offers up his Call of Duty skills on Playstation 3 if they think it would be of any service.[Market Watch]
