This video comes from Next Media, a Hong Kong-based company that animates pop culture events (occasionally dabbling in fiction). Today they’ve taken on everything we, as Philadelphians, hold dear (or at least everything stereotypical Philadelphian hold dear—cheesesteaks, the Rocky Statue, Preston and Steve—and dubbed us the crappiest city in America.
