Duck Boats to Return, Albeit Less Ducky

Ride the Ducks might get back into the tourist biz as early as Monday next week. An official start hasn’t been set, but the “amphibious vehicle” operator hasn’t been selling tickets in Philly since a fatal collision on the Delaware River last year.
