Philly Cooks is a little different this year, so we wanted to take a moment to explain. Forty-five restaurants will be submitting their best dishes to a panel of judges on Monday, February 23rd, with winners announced immediately after the event. Then, for the rest of the week (starting Monday night and running through Friday the 27th), the participating restaurants will offer special $75 price fixe dinners for two — many of which will include their competition dishes. We here at Restaurant Club HQ are particularly excited about another new component, the Chef Tables. Forty-three restaurants are offering a one-night, one-seating only experience for a small number of diners featuring a special chef-prepared meal, many with drink pairings. Pricing varies, and the proceeds benefit the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House.
