These days, style is denoted by one’s ability to be carefree — and what better way to display that latitude than by toting nothing but a tiny, unencumbering bag? All manner of chic mini-carryalls (buckets, clutches, belt bags) have appeared on the shelves of Philly shops this spring, but we remain partial to the classic top-handle, like this pink lizard version. Not only is it cute — as most miniature rose-hued things are — but it also makes a statement: No, I can’t hold your keys.
