What is your typical process for working with a new client?

-At initial visit we provide a tour of The Laurel with special attention to amenities showcasing the lifestyle our buyers will enjoy. The tour of residences starts with decorated models and based on potential buyer’s needs and wants, we select the residence which matches their desired size, color scheme and views. If applicable, we discuss financial options and the purchasing/moving in process.
