2.Schematic Design

Work through design ideas and concepts

3.Schematic Construction Cost Estimate

Based upon the preliminary design ideas, a Schematic Construction price window is estimated to hit your target budget.

4.Design Development

Full development of project with design details, construction documents and specifications

5.Final Construction Bid Preparation

A firm number is estimated based upon the developed design

6.Permits & Job Kick-Off

We’ll take care of applying for any necessary permits, including Zoning, Building, and Historic approval.

7.Construction Begins

See your project realized! A dedicated Project Manager, Crew, and your Designer will work as a Team to create your new space.

We originally gave NMDB some ideas for what we would like in a vanity for the hall bathroom. They found one that we loved, but it ended up being too deep for the space, which would have necessitated moving the doorway to the hall further down. NMDB told us that they could build a custom made vanity to fit the space. Knowing the high quality of woodwork from NMDB on our previous project, we agreed. We couldn’t be happier with the result!
