What is your typical process for working with a new client?
Customers can start by browsing our designs online or speaking with one of our designers, who guide them through the options, ensuring the set is a perfect fit for their children. Once an order is placed, our skilled craftsmen build each set with high-quality materials, and our professional installation team delivers and installs the set within 1-3 hours. The average lead time in the Greater Philadelphia area is 1-2 weeks.

We love our swing set from King Swing! From speaking to their sales rep numerous times pricing out different ideas all the way to having it delivered was seamless and enjoyable! They go above and beyond to help answer all your questions and make sure you’re happy with your purchase. The actual time to get our swing from when we ordered was quicker than we thought I think was within 2 weeks! (We did order in November so could be timing of the season, but even their busiest time quoted wasn’t terrible!) Would hands down recommend them to everyone!!
Also the delivery team (Matt, Aaron and John S.) who came to setup were so sweet, professional and super efficient and quick! It took only about an hour to get setup and leveled! They made sure we liked the placement and answered all questions we had before placing the swing set!

So pleased with the entire experience with King Swings! They helped me with a custom design that fit my tight space. The ordering and delivery scheduling process was flawless. Installation day was a breeze. They had to remove a section of our backyard fence to get the playground in but you can’t even tell it was removed after they replaced it with great care. And best of all, the playground is beautiful and the kids LOVE it. Lots of smiling faces :)
