What is your typical process for working with a new client?

Appointments are encouraged at Flow. Our friendly and knowledgable sales consultants will explore the showroom with you to select products for your project, whether large or small. We’ll help narrow down choices and find the perfect selections for you, or your client’s home and budget. We then put a picture book together for you to review your selections, communicate through calls, emails or follow up appointments to finalize the products. Once your order is in, Flow will warehouse the items and schedule convenient times to deliver your fantastic new kitchen or bath products.

Our motto is “just be nice” and that flows through everything we do. The process of building or renovating your home can be stressful, and at flow, we do everything we can to make the process fun, seamless and easy.

This place is awesome! The showroom is gorgeous. They have a great selection of really nice, high quality stuff that you can't find anywhere in the area. The owner was amazing. She helped me through a difficult, time-constrained, kitchen-and-bath project and her expertise and demeanor were calming and reassuring throughout the process. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful; a true professional. My whole experience here was positive, from visiting in person, to doing consultation over the phone, to having things delivered to my home. They went out of their way to make sure all the details were covered.
