Here’s How You Can Drink With Brian Sims
If you ever wanted to sip a martini with the one and only Brian Sims, next week presents a perfect opportunity to do so.
The openly gay State Representative is throwing a “Summer Cocktails with Brian Sims” fundraiser at Tavern on Camac this Wednesday, August 19th starting at 5:30 pm. The event, which is hosted by mayoral candidate Jim Kenney, is being billed as a way for Sims to “prepare for 2016.” There will be light hors d’oeuvres and, of course, lots of beverages.
The happy hour isn’t free, however: Tickets range from $50 to $2,000 (a “Martini” sponsor) and will support Sims4PA PAC. You can purchase your tickets by visiting this website.
