Meet Your Mr. Gay Philadelphia 2014 Contestants

This Saturday evening, 14 local heartthrobs will hit the stage at the Field House to compete for the title of Mr. Gay Philadelphia 2014. The event — a joint collaboration between prolific Philly party producers Bruce Yelk and Josh Schonewolf — will include performances by Songbird winner Jo Stones, burlesque diva Gemini Rose, drag queen Alexianna Leigh, and of course a showcase of some of the finest men our city has to offer.

The contestants will be put through three rounds — swimsuit (yes!), casual wear, and a Q&A. Yours truly will serve as judge along with Stimulus co-founder Amber Hikes, Delaware Valley Legacy Fund Board President Ron Lucente, Weird Beard Revue drag persona Mistor Fahrenheit and more. Mr. Gay Philadelphia will take place Saturday, June 21st. Doors open at 11 p.m. Show starts at midnight. Looking for a romp beforehand?
