LGBT Six-Word Memoir of the Day: Comedian Alejandro Morales
In partnership with SMITH Magazine’s Six-Word Memoir Project, we asked you to submit your queer life stories—succinctly. Every day until we run out, we will present the most touching, poignant and hilarious entries in meme form.
Today, Philly standup comedian Alejandro Morales gives us a peek into the rock-star world of professional funny people. Who’d have known it could be so hardcore?! You can catch him live on Nov. 14, when he and, coincidentally, two other G Philly six-word memoirists, Julia Scotti and R. Eric Thomas, perform in his new standup showcase, The Cutie Pie Comedy Club. And, of course, there’s his web series, Dates, which just debuted its third, hilarious episode. Watch it here.
