Marc Vetri Replaces Kevin Sbraga at Fitler Club
The esteemed chef will serve as culinary advisor for the members-only luxury lifestyle club.
Marc Vetri may not have brought home the gold for his 18th James Beard Award nomination, but he does have an exciting new gig. The chef has been hired as culinary advisor for the elite, members-only Fitler Club.
Back in 2017, when the David Gustadt-founded project was first announced, we learned that chef Kevin Sbraga would run hospitality at Fitler Club’s two restaurants. Now, Sbraga is moving on, and Vetri will take his place. Jeff Benjamin, Vetri Family co-founder and co-owner of the Vetri Cucina flagship as well as its Las Vegas outpost, heads up operations at the club.
The 136,000 square-foot space at 2400 Market Street includes 14 hotel rooms, luxe gym and spa facilities, and two restaurants: the Dining Room, which will serve high-end seasonal cuisine, and the Back Bar, a more casual, burgers-and-beer concept. The club also includes chic, expansive spaces for weddings and events.
