Easter bread, also known as pane di pasqua, is made with a sweet dough enriched with eggs that’s twisted into long braids or rounds — and depending who makes it, the golden-baked loaves might be drizzled with icing and nonpariels, adorned with rainbow jimmies, or studded with dyed eggs baked right into the dough.
