Tinned Fish and Charcuterie Are on the Menu at Manatawny Still Works
Check out their new slate of bar bites and sweets sourced from their East Passyunk neighbors.
Manatawny Still Works opened their East Passyunk tasting room over a year ago, pouring whiskey flights and mixing craft cocktails made with their line of spirits. And now that the bar has unveiled its new food menu, hungry drinkers don’t have to go elsewhere or bring their own snacks to accompany their local libations.
Manager Jennifer Sabatino has created a slate of boards around cheese, charcuterie, and tinned fish — sourced from their neighbors on and around the Avenue — to complement the tasting room’s cocktails.
They’re serving plates of cured meats and artisan cheeses sourced from Spain and local charcutier 1732 Meats as well as pickles via Green Aisle Grocery, with sliced baguettes from nearby Artisan Boulanger Patissier. For dessert, there are slices of cake and chocolate whiskey pot de creme from Vanilya Bakery. And if you need a little pick-me-up, they’re serving coffee from Rival Bros., with or without a shot of whiskey added.
Order snacks and dessert at Manatawny Still Works every night until 10:30 p.m. Check out their fall-winter drinks menu here and the new food menu below (click to embiggen).
