Here’s What You’ll Be Eating at Over Easy Breakfast Club
The sleek yet cozy brunch spot is now open in Fishtown.
We told you about Over Easy Breakfast Club, the concept from French Laundry alum Erik Östman and his wife Angelica, back in May.
After soft opening a few weekends ago, Over Easy is now open for brunch Friday through Sunday in the former Ida Mae’s Bruncherie location at 2302 East Norris Street. Kelly Fox designed the airy, plant-filled space.
The menu (scroll to the bottom) includes breads sourced from nearby Lost Bread Co. and Rival Bros. coffee, in addition to classics like biscuits and gravy, pancakes, French toast, a lox platter, and sandwiches. The Dinosaur Egg, a pitted avocado stuffed with a poached egg and encased in crisp bacon, is a must-try.
The space is a BYO, so you can pop a bottle of champagne to mix with their fresh-squeezed orange juice, or order up a flight of fruit compotes to mix with your bubbly.
Over Easy is open for brunch from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
