Kevin Sbraga’s Hot Chicken Is Popping Up at Stargazy
The Fat Ham chef brings his signature recipe to the East Passyunk pie shop tonight.
After the last of Kevin Sbraga’s restaurants closed back in June, we didn’t hear much from the Top Chef winner. More recently, we reported that he’s got a new project in the works with the upscale, exclusive Fitler Club, slated to open in 2019.
And tonight, December 19th, he’s bringing his signature hot chicken recipe to Stargazy.
This evening, Sbraga will be frying up that spicy chicken, and Stargazy chef-owner Sam Jacobson and his crew will be serving it — along with sides like collard greens cooked with smoked turkey and mac ‘n’ cheese — in the pie shop’s buttery, flaky crusts, with banoffee pudding for dessert.
