Silk City Adds Every Day Brunch
Get chicken and waffles for brunch every day, even today, at Silk City.
For the first time since Mark Bee took over the Silk City Diner back in 2007, the silver diner is serving brunch every day. In addition to brunch served on weekends, Silk City is back in the breakfast game from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekdays.
Brunch is served in the diner portion of Silk City and if the weather is nice, in the beer garden as well.
The brunch menu has several additions from the weekend version of the menu:

house smoked turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato,
roasted garlic aioli, multigrain
sriracha aioli, arugula, ginger miso dressing,
Martin’s sesame seed bun
Other brunch-time stalwarts like the Bee’s Breakfast Burrito and fried chicken and waffles will be offered on weekdays but others like the pork belly hash will only be for weekends.
