Cheu Noodle Bar Adds Happy Hour, Lunch Combos

Cheu Noodle Bar’s Shawn Darragh checks in with some news from Cheu. The Washington Square West noodle heaven is now offering happy hour and lunch combos.

For the first time, happy hour is now being offered. Darragh tells us they’ve always wanted to do happy hour but with the volume  Cheu has done since its opening, the logistics have been difficult to sort out. But now chef Ian Boothman has it under control and happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 5 p.m to 6:30 p.m.

Dishes, which features a rotating chef’s special that’s posted to Instagram, include:

• $5 Food deals including:
  • wings
  • dumplings
  • rangoon
  • brussels sprouts
  • rotating chef’s special
• $1 off all draft beer
• $2 off wine
• $6 bartenders choice cocktail
• $2 Miller High Life

At lunch, diners now have the money saving option of making their lunch into a combo. Offered during lunch from Monday through Friday, $4 gets you a snack added to your meal. Snacks include:

• Dumplings
• Rangoon
• 3 Wings
• Caesar Salad
