Waffles and Wedges Going Mobile with Waffles Truck

Waffles and Wedges, the Belgian waffle, French fry spot at 1511 Pine Street is going mobile. Andrea Capecci and her partner Laura Judy got their start on the Pbon’s Fresh Food of Philly food truck and now they’re hitting the road again with Waffles, the food truck.

The truck is scheduled to be wrapped on February 29th. The wrap itself is part waffle, part map of Philadelphia and includes some of the spots where the truck will be vending. Look for the truck to hit the streets in March. They’ve already got events booked at local breweries and wineries. Follow @WafflesWedges on Twitter for updates.
