Blaze Pizza Opening First Philadelphia Location
This Thursday, February 11, California-based artisanal pizza joint, Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, is opening at 1100 West Montgomery Avenue near Temple University. Better yet, they’re offering free pizza to everyone on Friday.
Blaze Pizza first opened in Irvine, California and is growing at an insane speed—they are currently operating 110 restaurants in twenty-seven states and Canada, and they have almost fifty lined up to open in the next year. The company is backed by investors including LeBron James, and their main goal is to serve fresh, artisanal pizzas that are made fast and are affordable.
Blaze’s thin-crust personal pizzas that can either be chosen from a selection of signature pies or can be custom made from a variety of ingredients. After the pizza is put together, they are cooked at a speedy 180 seconds over a hot, open-flame oven. Aside from pizza, Blaze’s menu also includes salads, drinks, and s’more pies.
