Beverage Manager Gregory Howard said “no two locations are alike; each has its own distinct beer list driven by what guests are enjoying locally. We always strive to showcase the local brewers, and with Moorestown we are very pleased with the outcome.”
The 11,000 square foot restaurant will be open daily for lunch, dinner and late-night eats. The Moorestown Yard House will have seating for 360 guests and 30 seats around the signature island bar. Above that bar will hang a “digital chalkboard” displaying all of the beers on tap.
The menu is made up of salads and grilled burgers to seafood, steak and ribs. The trademarked gardein (“a blend of garden vegetables and protein that have the look, taste and texture of chicken”) will ensure there’s an option for vegetarians.
For its opening on Saturday at 11 a.m., Yard House has 200 kegs and 3,000 gallons of beer at the ready in its glass-enclosed keg room. Five miles of beer lines will get it to the taps.
