Tonight: Pub & Kitchen Goes Country

When Pub & Kitchen held their first Country Delight night six years ago, I suggested bringing your own earplugs. Now I’m married to a country music fan and I admit, sometimes I tap along to the twangy tunes. I’m not happy about it (the tapping along to country music part, not the married part, being married is great), but it’s true.

Tonight, Tuesday, November 24th, P&K will be throwing another country night with cheap beer, cheap whiskey and an impressive menu from chef Eli Collins. Collins will be frying up chicken and trout, smoking pork shoulder and ribs, and also whipping up mac and cheese, peel-and-eat shrimp and much more.

Grab three friends and order the “I’m Higher than Willie Nelson” Platter. The $91 feast comes with a dozen oysters, fried chicken, brisket, pork ribs, collard greens, coleslaw, classy biscuit, burnt ends beans and whiskey on the side.
