On the Spit at Brick and Mortar
Brian Ricci is getting the most out out of Brick and Mortar’s rotisseur via a weekly on-the-spit menu, called the 4th Spit, a reference to the fourth option beyond Ricci’s standards of pork belly, chicken and lamb. Each week, Ricci debuts a new protein and features it in three dishes (that are usually cooked on the spit, yes realize that whole fish isn’t on a spit) that can be ordered individually or combined into a three-course meal.
Last week the protein was duck, this week it is fish. Ricci and Brick and Mortar will announce the featured item each Tuesday on Facebook and Twitter.
