Mütter Museum Hosting One Day Pop-Up Beer Garden
On Thursday, August 27th, The College of Physicians, home of the Mütter Museum, is hosting a pop-up beer garden from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the museum’s botanical garden (19 S 22nd Street). The event will feature the debut of Ümlaut Fever, a light saison inspired by herbs found in the museum’s medicinal plant garden.
The Barren Hill brewed beer is brewed with fennel (historically a cure for flatulence and bloating) and ginger (used in the treatment of asthma, coughs and digestive spasms).
Entry is free and includes access to the recently installed Mind Illuminated exhibit. Guests will be able to purchase beer and snacks in the garden.
