Zavino Begins A Meatless Menu On Monday

Every Monday, they will offer two courses for $15.

Starting this Monday, May 4, both Zavino locations are doing a new meatless Monday menu, featuring two courses for $15. Choices include appetizers, pastas and pizzas and includes gluten-free options for guests.

First course choice of:

Spinach Salad with pine nuts, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese dressing

Caprese with burrata cheese, heirloom tomatoes, basil oil and balsamic reduction

Eggplant Parmesan with ricotta, tomato vodka sauce and parmesan cheese

Spaghetti Squash with pine nuts, asparagus, carrots, tomato sauce and provolone cheese

Second Course, choice of…

Gnocchi with cherry tomato sauce and parmesan cheese

Whole Wheat Cavatelli with basil pesto and parmesan cheese

Pizza Rosa with crushed tomato, oregano, garlic and olive oil

The Stache, whole wheat crust pizza with pistachio pesto, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, lemon vinaigrette and baby arugula.
